Appointment Cancellations
To avoid charges, kindly cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations of self-pay aesthetic treatments, 50% of the costs will be billed; for other services, a CHF 100 fee applies. Cancellations must be made via telephone, email, or WhatsApp.
Insurance Billing
Dermaesthetik AG bills health insurance directly, sending electronic invoices via curaLINE. Assura insureds receive a reimbursement form.
Self-pay Services/Cosmetic Products/Medications
Payment for self-pay services is due immediately after treatment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and Twint.
Reminders / Late Payments
Invoices must be paid within 30 days; after the second reminder, a CHF 30 fee is charged. After two reminders, the claim goes to INKASSOMed. Visit www.payfair.ch for handling fees. Personal data may be shared with InkassoMed AG / Intrum AG for credit checks/address searches.
Price Adjustments
Prices for services, products, and medications may be adjusted. The contracted price applies, and current prices can be found on our website.
Vouchers
Our vouchers are valid for two years and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Patient Information/Consent Form
Patient information and a signed consent form are required before procedures. Without the signature, we cannot legally perform any procedures.
Contractual Partner
Dermaesthetik is the exclusive contractual partner for patients.
Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
Disputes are under the jurisdiction of the Canton of Zurich's ordinary courts. Our business headquarters are the exclusive place of jurisdiction. Swiss law, especially articles 394 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, applies to contracts for work and services.
